Hayco produces over 200 million units of high quality finished goods and injected parts per year. All products made by Hayco are assembled in one of our 12 assembly locations across our three sites, within a few minutes’ drive of each other.  We have undertaken considerable investment in automated assembly technology, management and worker training and assembly process control systems.

Most of our assembly fixtures and machinery are designed and manufactured in-house by our technical teams.  As part of our continual improvement, we constantly refine processes, carry out line balancing and employ advanced industrial and process engineering to optimize speed and precision.
