Much of our success
to date has been because of our people and Hayco goes to exceptional
lengths to maintain a happy and healthy workforce.
Well above industry standards and Government
guidelines, the company ensures that staff - at all levels -
have a clean, well equipped and safe work environment, while
at the same time giving everyone the opportunity to achieve
personal growth and advancement at the company by providing
continuous learning and training courses and workshops that
will allow all employees to reach their full potential. Under
no circumstances does Hayco accept any under-aged applicants.

the Hayco manufacturing plant, full dormitory facilities and
meals are provided, as well as on-site medical and health
