Forson offers customers an integrated plastics manufacturing service that maximises quality and control whilst minimising cost and time. We strive to ensure that we have state of the art technology coupled with experienced and highly trained staff. We have 200 experienced mold making technicians/engineers: the average period of mold making experience for our managers is 20 years and 5 years for our engineers and technicians. We have 20 specialist project engineers to oversee the work progress for each customer and many unique services including five molding machines between 50 - 468 tons dedicated solely for mold qualification.

Accreditations

Our factories are certified for ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:1996. We are implementing the TS16949 automotive accreditation system and expect to receive certification by Q1 2007.

Systems

• Cpk system is used to ensure that molds are manufactured to the expected quality.
• Statistical process control (SPC) is performed by IPQCs to monitor process stability.
• High precision measuring equipment
• SAP enterprise resources planning system is used to plan and control material flow and production activities.
