• Uses only the best high precision mold making equipment from Japan and Europe.
  
• Has quality control as a priority and uses the latest high precision measuring equipment and systems including CPK.
  
• Uses mold flow to optimize mold design and minimize development time.
  
• 2-D and 3-D CAD-CAM programs are used to design and manufacture molds
  
• Has a dedicated Mold Testing Centre.
  
• Only uses hard steel from Europe and Japan as well as internationally recognised hot runner systems.
  
• Produce molds from single to 32 cavities.
  
• Currently produces 500 molds per year of which over 20% are for export.
